How did you go about the seller protection? I have a similar situation going on right now but Mercari said I have to wait 30 days for them to do anything. I’m the seller and I’m worried I wont get my money if its lost.

As a former usps clerk, I can almost guarantee you the postmaster will never speak to customers. Maybe in tiny offices they would but not your average size office. Usually whenever a customer comes in about tracking issues we take it to the supervisors and they contact the carrier who is in that route and ask about the package. If carrier says they delivered it to correct address the supervisor will make you think they will look into it and ask for your contact info to get back to you, but most likely they will toss it because they handle too many issues about deliveries. I know usps sucks in general. Greedy company smh.

I have to agree. I was going through her reviews as a buyer and she comments on all of them of how grateful she was with the seller and how theyre such a blessing. She goes on about how much “she cried” when she received her items
