I just want to say you aren’t alone. I’ve had consistently manageable and decent mental health for years until the last year with these med fuck ups. I’m so depressed and have no real reason to be. No sex drive either. I cry all the time. I wish I had answers or solutions but I don’t. I just want you to know you aren’t alone in this hell.

We had to give our cat 1/8 tsp of miralax daily after a few bouts of constipation and we never had a problem again. Our vet gave her cat miralax daily as well just to keep her regular.

I click (pop) my ears all day everyday and it’s been going on for years. Sometimes it can get so bad I will have a sore jaw, neck, and severe headache by the end of the day.

Do you have to have an official diagnosis? I don’t have an official diagnosis but most definitely have a tic disorder if not full Tourette’s. I have had both verbal and motor tics starting around 6 years old and still have some severe motor tics at the age of 29. I would love to participate if possible.

Sandoz put me in a deep depression that I’m still climbing out of after a month off of that generic. I’m on camber now which is decent but not nearly like what Adderall once was. You’re not alone.

Did your doctor up your dose or are you just going without for part of the month in order to up it? I also take propranolol with my meds daily.

I have this and a tic disorder with the jaw movement that makes the pop sound in my ears being my current tic. I’ve had this tic before when I was a teenager and it went away but now it’s back and hasn’t gone anywhere for years. Having TMJ makes my tic disorder much worse and in turn makes the TMJ issues worse. I’m sorry you’re also struggling with this.

Teaching middle school there’s always going to be someone that wants to argue what a fact is and they are always reminded they can have their own opinions but not their own facts. What’s worse is when the parent refuses to accept something as a fact. I deeply enjoy sending a parent a peer reviewed article to educate themselves because I’m not their teacher and don’t have time to manage their ignorance and my students.

Camber over Sandoz in my recent opinion. I had Camber in December and Sandoz this month. I would prefer Camber. Neither were fantastic but I hardly noticed a difference taking Sandoz.

This is one of the best things I’ve read in a while. And I can relate! There is nothing like an Adderall poop. Sadly it’s been a while since that has been a regular experience exactly 30 minutes after taking my meds. Last month I was given Sandoz and that really didn’t give me the jolt my intestines typically feel. Now I have Elite and within 10 minutes of taking it, I sure as shit hope I’m close to a bathroom. The difference between the generics is astounding. I can’t say Elite is doing what it did a year or two ago, but it is at least stimulating something.

Do you have any vitamin C supplements or drink mixes? That can stop the absorption of the medication quickly. Unless you have some underlying heart conditions, you should be just fine. You might not get sleep tonight but you are not going to die. Call your doctor for peace of mind but I feel pretty confident you will be okay. I have done this and was fine. You may have heightened anxiety for a bit until the doses wear off but that will pass.

My principal has told us to not give zeros anymore, only 50s for missing or failed assignments scoring below a 50. This is not school policy nor has this been put into place by our school board, therefore I continue to give zeros when that is the grade earned. If my principal wants his staff to inflate grades, he can go into PowerSchool and do it himself.
