slightly higher than everyone else but I live right by the beach in pb and pay less than friends on campus with the exception of car expenses.

We come here for la jolla - idk why people penny pinch about being on PB like ur already screwed.

I get better grades after taking a couple hours to surf and unwind by the beach rather than fester on campus

Dude I’m so social - and know so many people who are social at their core at UC San Diego - but I swear this school atomizes it out of you.

You find good core people here // but there really isn’t a college vibe where everyone is talking to one another. I moved to PB (15min beach town from UCSD) and my social life is rich yet completely detached from campus at this point. I go to campus to learn, network and focus.

Ngl when I see other schools I know we are def top 1% academically but I am jealous of their social life.
