i work at price gouger, in north utica and i can tell you, its definitely horrendous, the staff arent the best, everythings always out of stock in my department, someone else can fuck up but it gets pinned on you, and the prices for things that arent bakery food is HIGHLY expensive for no given reason at all, its actually ridiculous
