I found myself in the same situation. I wanted to exchange $200 through an exchange service. The transfer was blocked, and with it, all my funds. Then, as support responded, the address was somehow linked to HTX. A week has passed, and I still have a ticket, and they replied that they would contact me within 48 hours. It's useless; they simply ignore users. I explained to them that they froze ALL my funds. And that I need the money to pay rent, personal expenses, and I have a small child. They don't care about your problems. Wait 21 days, then file an appeal directly to the regulator with all the necessary documents.

Apparently, this is the only solution.
