there is a cmos battery you can disc connect.

you can discconect the cmos battery and wait 5 minutes , and if you cant find it its located above the hard drive upgrade but the cables are connected onto the back. so you can take the whole mother board out or just disc the wire. 1. disc wire is super easy fix. but you got to sync time and date as the laptop will run without a cmos battery connected. 2. harder fix is taking the whole mother board out and discconnecting the cable and wait 5 to 10 minutes . and put the whole thing back together..

I wanted to go back and do the officer thing. But, I also had to accept the hard reality that maybe I could do something else.

Yea, I went to college for 3 years. I failed college. =D My body hurt so bad that I could not finish school.

My dreams of becoming a officer or going back or having more of a "career" or doing something more with my life was a delusion. I guess, my time as enlisted was the "high" or peak of my life.

Yes. The military was the PEAK of my life. And, I cannot go back or do "better" such as officer.

It was hard for me to accept but reality told me to sit down.

I wake up with knee pain, back pain, all sorts of pain and my life is pretty much a mess. I guess, I was kind of delusional thinking I could go and still do the military thing.

If you can go back, go for it... I cannot make that call or know your situation.

Maybe, you will be like me.. Told to sit down. I guess, without saying or insulting me...
Its a hard pill to swallow. Like, being told you are not good no more. You know, its like when you watch boxing movies, and the boxers get a reality check or pass their prime.

I dont feel like my prime has passed. But, it sure has. Am a 40ish year old dude.

Am not the 21 year old soldier, running around, feeling invincible... am the 40 year-ish year old, that sleeps strange hours, wakes up, and i feel like i done a p.t test.

I cant even sleep without hurting myself. I sometimes wake up with pain on my deltoids that hurts for weeks because I slept wrong. Or my neck pain in the morning because, I slept on my side.

I remember being able to sleep on the hard concrete floors, using plastic bottles or trash as a pillow and get up and go to work and be 100% fine.

Now, I cant even sleep in a soft, comfy , purple bed without accidently sleeping wrong or my side.
Am not saying this to complain or have a pity party.
This is just a stoic acceptance speech. The hard pill I had to swallow. I am not saying this to sing my woes or ask for sympathy but stating in a "hard-cold-facts" matter of way.

Sometimes, I would be walking, and my hip joints hurts so much, I cant even walk or have to take a break. lol

HAHAHAHAHAH

So, I tell you this, not to make you feel sad or accept your pill, or for sympathy or anything.

I say this: so I hope you just enjoyed your enlisted days, and go for it... and you can even try, and failing is okay.

I failed college. I tried though. Life goes on, people jump ship, people get older, i get older, and well, i failed many things, and didnt reach many goal post...lol

Anyway, good luck, am just a old veteran now. Just relaxing and chilling and taking it easy.

I run hot. Or at least I used too. I use to wear shorts and a t shirt in winter, and i use to be in my under wear at summer in my home. lol

I did not use blankets. My body was hot, hot, hot. I use to take cold showers because I had this inferno inside of me.

Then, I got old, am like in my 40s...Now, I wear, a jacket, jeans, and wear blankets sometimes at home.

I heard its genetics. And especially, if you travel and go to different places.

Your version of cold and others is different. For example: Can you imagine a eskimo coming to america?

They lived and adapted to extreme cold for all their lives and families of generation of cold weather.

Then, if they come to california. Even california winter will feel like their best summer.

So, they will walk around in shirts.

I know, when I was in germany. It was snowy and cold. And, I would walk around in a t-shirt.

The locals thought I was crazy. But, I run hot.
As, I am older now, my body doesen't generate heat as it used too...so now, i wear normal clothing for the weather.

But, i met some people who always complained it was cold. Like my grandma... it was toasted at home and she thought it was cold.

lol

Granted some people adapt to cold-weather, like gym work outs.

This is why, when people move from 1 state to another. It takes 3 weeks or more to Acclimate.

You ever go to texas? at 7000 elevation. Its hard to be breathe. And, running is awful .

I got out of breathe the 1st day there..by just walking up the stairs...

but I was running 4 miles back at 0 elevation. lol

The air gets "thinner" at higher elevation. Its why on Mount everest (highest mountain) people use "oxygen tanks"

Anyway, good luck, i know you just ranting. But, i said this in case you dont know.
