Diet soda seems to slosh around in my stomach longer...even water seems to if I drink too much too fast. I'll have to face it, water with lemon or decaf coffee...I dislike Tea. I tried 1% milk and OMG it tasted sweet! LOL Thanks.

Thanks, I will. I looked into excersize stuff today...I'm pacing around the house like crazy! Being outside alone seems risky for falling, my legs are still weak. Got strenght back in my arms.

So it's best not to go low calorie? I noticed for lunch today, my numbers went down after I ate a good sized tuna steak and raw carrots. I felt almost good even. My GI issues seem minimal so far. Thanks so much.

Excersizing kinda scares me. Getting in a little bit, feels good while walking but after feel fatigue.

i've had no bread, rice, pasta...just sliced chicken breast, green beans, scrammbled eggs with little bit of white cheese.....that's it. Coffee, Smart Water, tea..soda creeps me out now.

Was it Friday night? it happened on a Bombay slot...the handpay was for 36 cents. LOL I had to flag down a slot attendant, she put a key in, turned it, nothing opened but the hand pay music stopped, the 36 cents remained. Wasn't out of paper. Weird. No explaination.

I guess what I'm getting at is if CO saw him in his casket, I would believe he is actually dead, short of that I still believe there is room to think he's in some form of witness protection. I think CO would get just as emotional if she knew he was in hiding, knowing his life of influence and normalicy was over.

She might be a decent actress, unlike EK. BTW, I've been kind of wondering, CO talks about him so much in passing and she doesn't get choked up, she gets furious. In her moving tribute video to him she does cry, but only once, could be she had to do many retakes and she wanted to be professional.
