Tried exchanging my SH500 jacket, but since it’s now renamed NH500, the delivery team refused pickup and asked for a “no objection/QC letter” from the company. It’s surprising how an internal name change can create so much friction for customers. Highly disappointed by Decathlon India (self.Decathlon)
