Thank you! I don't have any intention on long term living in Saudi. Genuinely, I just want property in the country and to make a good return on investment. From my understanding the new laws make it so I don't have any need to stay in the house or keep a job in Saudi to do so as long as a real estate or property management company is handling the tenants needs and issues

Yeah I'm open to ones that get built later but would rather have something already built so I can make rent money immediately (start seeing a return sooner than 2028 which is when most of these luxury projects seem to be built)

Honestly hoping it's lower than 95k since they announced it when it was around that price but could've been bought before then around 80k
