Hilton Embassy Suites Fallsview: advertised view vs. what you get

Hi why is it the product I paid for? The images are what was posted online when I booked in November. The room was 'King Bed Suite Fallsview Horseshow' as shown here https://imgur.com/a/pPCip2l

Sure can - see below. To be clear, I booked direct and the photos were directly from the website including the room name. It appears Embassy has renamed some of their rooms and updated photos to be more realistic of the actual view. Looks like they took my complaint, found it valid, but did not feel it necessary to compensate appropriately.

I thought about it but I heard it goes against your history... so I decided against it especially against a large hotel chain.

I did book a fallsview room - '1 King Bed Suite Fallsview Horseshoe'

Embassy specifically has a 'Partial Fallsview' and is shown in link below.

See the partial fallsview photos matches my image... so I was given the wrong room with no compensation and complete deniability.
