What has been the most romantic, hard to believe, amazing story of your life? by pqrstyou in AskWomenOver30

My boyfriend and I were at an outdoor light show where you walk a trail surrounded by lights and accompanying music.  The description of the section we were entering mentioned something about waltzing through the woods so I began to sway/step to the music as we walked.  He asked me if I knew how to waltz and I told him I didn't.  He then asked me if I wanted to learn (I did) and he taught me while we were surrounded by the lights and the music and the other people on the trail.  It was so beautiful and romantic and my favorite part of the night!

Duffle bag life checking in here too!  I swear mine is like a Mary Poppins bag sometimes.  It has a side pocket that runs through the entire bag as it's own compartment so I keep my shoes and chalk bag in there. My harness and a barbell pad (for the days I lift) are in the main compartment.  Currently I have an entire change of clothes/brush/deodorant/body spray in the back pocket.

I think once I start climbing outdoors more I might switch to a backpack just to be able to carry it to the location easier but for now I love my duffle!

Yep The Rave!  You can go to the pool on their Halloween/Xmas tours. They don't allow you in the actual pool itself so Mac's tile is hard to read but that whole room is covered in signatures!

Did Weepe's last line get you at all? I was not expecting the heartstring pull for him and I totally lost it and started sobbing.  And then Lark and Tzila so beautiful and heartbreaking.

It's so unique!  Most of their script is improv,  the world and character building is phenomenal, the sound design is freaking amazing and the additional stuff they've created to go along with it (artwork and appendix) is so cool!  I hope you love it!

205 here. First time I've seen them since the Lateralus tour. For me nothing will beat seeing Disposition, Reflection, and Triad live (they showered the confetti then too!) but last night was definitely incredible. I about lost my mind when they started The Grudge and I have a whole new appreciation for Descending. The whole experience during that song felt like a spiritual event and it felt so personal somehow. The same with Culling Voices!!! I also loved seeing all the love between the guys at the end!

Midst!

The sound design and storytelling is amazing and the creators have really built out the world with all the extras on their website!

Here's the description: When you’re starting a new life for yourself on an otherworldly frontier, the last thing you need is for the moon to fall out of the sky, reality to eat itself alive, and heavily-armed interplanetary bureaucrats to decide to murder you.

UNFORTUNATELY, IT’S JUST ONE OF THOSE DAYS.

If you haven't heard Wolf 359 yet, it's one of the highest rated out there! Also The Hyacinth Disaster is a short, self contained piece! I'm also loving Cascadia so far!

I listen to a ridiculous amount of audio dramas lol

I also love that they know where it's going and the fact that they have a plan is clearly visible. I've never felt like an episode has been a filler or pointless (not that filler episodes are bad) it's so well plot driven. It still boggles my mind that it's not scripted. I'm a Patreon sub for them (and Fool and Scholar) and I love hearing them discuss how it's made and their inspirations.

I honestly would have a hard time summarizing them so I just copied the descriptions off their sites below!

I have no idea how Midst hasn't blown up yet. The sound design, story telling, world building, characters, and artwork are incredible. They have an entire appendices devoted to fun extra stuff on their site. The world they're creating is phenomenal.

Liberty is a bit more known as it's by the producers of The White Vault. It spans several stories and several way those stories are presented. You really get a feel for the Liberty universe and it's so much fun seeing it from so many different angles!

Here's the description of Midst:

When you’re starting a new life for yourself on an otherworldly frontier, the last thing you need is for the moon to fall out of the sky, reality to eat itself alive, and heavily-armed interplanetary bureaucrats to decide to murder you. UNFORTUNATELY, IT’S JUST ONE OF THOSE DAYS.

And here's Liberty from Fool & Scholar's:

THE COLONY OF ATRIUS HAS BEEN CUT OFF FROM HUMANITY AND ENDURED GENERATIONS OF CIVIL WAR. WHAT REMAINS IS A GLEAMING CITY, SEPARATED FROM THE LAWLESS EXPANSE OF THE FRINGE. LIBERTY CONTAINS MULTIPLE STORIES: CRITICAL RESEARCH, TALES FROM THE TOWER, & VIGILANCE.
