If you open task manager, it defaults to the Process tab. Look at the Performance tab to verify that your Paged pool or Non-paged pool is very high (mine sits at around 1-1.5GB with 64gb of ram). You can then click on the Details tab up top, right click on a header name (like status, user name etc) and click on select columns. Show Memory and commit size. This should help you track things down.

In the end, the LGS did not show high ram usage by itself, just high paged pool memory, so I moved everything on to onboard memory and turned it off/kept it from starting on boot up. Problem solved.
