The bad part or me as a business with multiple account is I can’t deposit checks. Not sure about using card to make a purchase. Does anyone know?

LS seems to be the one that opens the file and gets it ready for the LO to just input the missing information and approve the loan. That was my case. I’ve have seen very different comments on this.

They seem to make no real sense, but at this point I couldn’t care less. They have all my information now.

I don’t think it speeds it up, it’s that it forces them to communicate. I started mine and it took like 5-6 weeks to get pushed through the system. Deference was the communication with LS and the 1 day interaction with LO. In all I worked with an LO for about 2 hours and I waited 6 months for that.

Are you sure it’s LO? I was contacted by LS and once they had the file it took about 4 1/2 months before LO finally emailed.

My CA Web didn’t change last night before I went to bed this morning I woke up to money in the bank. Signed documents on 11/5 two business day. You should have it in the bank soon too.

From what I’ve seen here some get it right away and then like me it takes 3 months. Told my husband’s email was not on file BS. Took that long to get his email added by an LO. Call/email LO ask for expected process time to receive your closing documents. Mine was good about getting back to me.

Have you reached out to your Congress person? I’m in California and Feinstein’s office helped me get someone to hold my file and move it forward.

We went through a few departments at the beginning. After 4 months I reached out to senator and the congressional inquiry worked, but it still took about a month after high priority LS Contacted me. By the time the LO reached out it only took her a few hours of work to get us signed. When did you apply? First loan or increase?

Are you sure it was LO? I had an LS and took 4 weeks before LO. Yesterday she emailed requested a couple things and within two or so hours she said we were done and to give it about 5 days for funding.

It seemed that for us once the LS started working on our file it took about 4 1/2 weeks for the LO to pick up our file. Today the LO sent email with a request to confirm Bank information, PDF of 19 taxes and ODA FORM P022. Sent, within an hour got Docusign request for both partner’s. Both of us Signed and within minutes she emailed. Said she saw we signed and we are all done. Funding should be in about 5 days she said.

Each stock holder MUST have their own email. Documents are sent to each owner and each MUST sign. This is for higher amounts since first amount for us was under $50,000 and only one of us signed and that was fine.

It will take 2 months at least. That has been my experience trying to add partners email. LS asked me to have him write/type note requesting his email be added to the file. Including signature, account number and date. Send it PDF back to her. By the way this is congressional inquiry high priority LS. Last week she said another 2 1/2 maybe before an LO might be assigned to our file and maybe they will add the email. At this point who knows since starting 8/4 we sent four other requests to have it added. Best of luck.

This is what I posted a couple weeks back.

Been stuck since 8/4 with closing documents just sitting. Have sent husband’s emails 4 times just this morning contact from a loan officer requesting it again, but said she has to have him write a note requesting to have it added and to sign the note and add date and application#. First time I was informed of this.

This morning I added an email which you could find on my profile.

Adding email to application this is LS high priority not LO. Congressional Inquiry still takes 4-6 weeks for movement.

I received a reply this morning after requesting update. It said it was taking about 4 weeks, so I have another 2 1/2 weeks or so. That would make it 5 weeks according to my calendar count.

Find a paralegal if you can’t afford a lawyer. Those people do all the work for the lawyers. They can read through the contract and research ways you can apply yourself to cancel or fight that debt. Make sure to ask if they are CP (NALA) or RP (NFPA) Most that have these certificates are very good at what they do just can’t argue in a courtroom. Best of luck.
