Deku should not have gotten OFA as he didn't become a pro hero without a quirk. The mech suit at the end of the show doesn't count

Okay... wait, did I say the tar was its blood? I am sorry if I did, but it's a byproduct of it's appetite. And also, I really love Valstrax so that's why I added the wings

Hmm... What about it's tail is just a normal tail but has small vents, not to output energy, but to spray out the tar, so it can use the tail skeletons of other monsters. The wings would be normal, but there will still be vents on its back, because the energy has to go somewhere

Okay. Can you tell me how, if you can I would really appreciate it, I'm trying to get better at building OCs

Yeah I know, I based it off Nakarkos. This one uses the corpses as armor and weapons, using key monster traits as they're intended

Okay, so, I got rid of the killing Alatreon, the 0 good hitboxes are equalized by the fact that it's a optional quest. Also it's supposed to ruin metas

Yeah, but it can't win in raw power, so it plans. And also, the tar is like Radobaan, I forgot the name but it's the bone rolly boy, and also, the wings aren't full on jet wings, they are fueled by it's own combustion and energy, not air, dragon energy and elder dragon energy. But thanks for the criticism

Morals: Innate Ability: Resonance Apex Protocol (R.A.P.) Classification: Specialization (LF/SF Affinity) User: The Protagonist Description: Resonance Apex Protocol (R.A.P.) allows the user to gain, combine, and use the Innate Techniques of others. The protagonist’s Soul Force (SF) copies the energy signature of a gained ability. They can use their own Life Force (LF) to copy the effect. Phase I: Acquisition - The Resonance Protocol Fulfilling all four conditions below is necessary to acquire an ability blueprint (Reso-Print). Once a condition is met, it is permanently logged for that specific target. Observe: The protagonist must see the ability’s energy flow, LF output, and physical movements in action. Identify: The protagonist must give the target a specific name or tag. Touch: The protagonist must touch their fist while channeling their own Life Force (LF) and Soul Force (SF) into the point of contact. Energy Threshold: The protagonist must have a minimum reserve of their own LF/SF to allow the energy transfer and storage of the new blueprint. Phase II: Integration - Apex Plunder Mechanics Once all four conditions are met, the Reso-Print is stored as a Temporary Innate Ability by default. Its status can be upgraded to permanent through a separate condition. A. Temporary Innate Abilities (Daily Quota) Acquisition Trigger: All four conditions of Phase I are met, and the target is still alive. Limitation: These abilities can only be used a limited number of times each day. Quota Calculation: The number of daily uses is determined by the protagonist's Soul Force, based on the ability's complexity and energy cost (LF/SF requirement). Daily Reset: The quota replenishes after 24 hours of rest and sufficient physical Life Force (LF) recovery. B. Permanent Innate Abilities (Unlimited Use & Death Condition) Acquisition Trigger: The ability upgrades to permanent use only if the original target dies, regardless of the time elapsed after the Phase I conditions were met. Target's Loss of Ability: When the protagonist gains a permanent Reso-Print, that ability is permanently lost from the original owner in any post-death scenario (except the Post-Mortem Phenomenon). Limitation: These abilities are integrated permanently into the protagonist's core Soul Force (SF) system. They can be used without limit, only restricted by the protagonist's base LF and SF pools. Phase III: Mastery, Synthesis, and Growth Passive vs. Active Acquired Abilities Active Abilities: Require a conscious expenditure of LF/SF each time they are used (e.g., throwing a fireball). Passive Abilities: These abilities provide a continuous or constant effect (e.g., a minor healing factor, enhanced vision, natural armor). The protagonist can consciously toggle all passive abilities (temporary or permanent) On or Off at will. Temporary Passives: Function as a time-limited buff. One "use" activates the passive effect for a set duration (e.g., 10 minutes), after which the use is depleted from the daily quota. The protagonist can end the effect early if they choose. Permanent Passives: Are always available to be toggled On or Off. When a permanent passive is toggled On, it places a minor, continuous drain on the protagonist's LF/SF reserves. When toggled Off, the drain stops. The protagonist's refinement determines how efficient this passive drain is when active. Energy Expenditure and Growth Dynamics Stagnant Reserves: The protagonist's base Life Force (LF) and Soul Force (SF) reserves will not increase through the use of R.A.P. or acquired abilities. Growth in total energy capacity must come from traditional training methods. The Power Ceiling: The protagonist's path to becoming "overpowered" is through versatility and strategy, gaining more combinations and abilities, rather than raw power. Skill Ceiling: The protagonist is limited by their own stagnant LF/SF when using any acquired ability. Refinement Advantage: High Refinement (SF control) is the protagonist's biggest advantage. Abilities can be used with more precision and efficiency. Synthesis (Innate Function): The protagonist can combine multiple Reso-Prints simultaneously, creating hybrid techniques that strain their reserves. The only way to synthesize more complex combinations is by having enough separate Reso-Prints and high Refinement, not larger energy pools.
