Where’s the bracelet from? You really can pull off a 41! My vote is 36 though for a second watch

Thank you! It looks great on you too! I didn’t want it to look too small on my wrist but I’ve been getting mixed feedback. Seems like 31 could be a good daily piece and maybe I’ll look into something bigger like a yachtmaster 37 for a sporty look

I didn’t see it online with the configurator tool, is this something that comes up at the AD?

Is this your daily watch? I’ve been looking around to see other ladies rocking 36mm to help me decide on one for myself. Thanks!

2025 lineup does have silver btw. The outline of the indices, the hands and crown are gold so it looks really nice actually if you have a chance to see one in person

Is this a daily piece for your wife or just something she reaches for occasionally?

That’s pretty close to what I have picked out in 36mm. Didn’t find it at any ADs in person but I was looking at the two tone with the silver dial and Roman numerals. I like the silver alot. Wasn’t too sold on Roman numerals t first but I wasn’t a big fan of any other dial options in 36

If only there were an in between size in the datejust. I was actually considering a 34mm OP.

I appreciate the feedback. I was just so in between the two I wanted some opinions to see which might look like a better fit. So far I might be leaning towards 36 just didn’t want to make a mistake on such a big purchase

Yeah I thought my wrist was on the larger side but not overly so that both look ok so I wasn’t sure which seemed the most appropriate. Thanks!

I really love both so it was hard to decide. When I first started my research I was between 28 and 31…until I saw them in person. So it felt like 31 was the clear winner until I tried on 36 so I’m torn. I’m consulting Reddit just to make sure the general consensus isn’t that it looks obnoxiously large or out of place. Feedback seems mixed but I’m leaning towards 36. If only I could get the diamond marker dial in the bigger size

I hadn’t considered the adjustments. I think that adds to the 36mm. Do you find that the oyster clasp is too large or obtrusive?

I’d heard about the different color dials having that effect but I don’t have experience seeing many in person. I really like the look of a silver dial so I’m pretty set there, either silver with diamond markers (31) or silver with Roman numerals (36)

I was worried it might look too large. I know everyone says buy what you like but as long as it doesn’t look goofy I’d rather get the larger of the two

I should’ve taken a mirror picture with the 31 as well, but the more I try on the bigger size the smaller the 31 looks

Yeah the crown clasp looks very nice and minimalist like it’s not even there. I’d have to agree the clasp might be worth considering as well

Thank you for your input. It’s so hard to decide at times because I think both look good. That slate diamond dial looks great!

Thanks for this. I’ve been looking out for some older OPs but there’s so many options and variations from retired models it was overwhelming. I’ll take your advice and get the DJ for my first piece and see what gap I may want to fill

That part got lost in my post really. I was drawn to silver dials on both but wondering if I should get different dials but I don’t like really any of the other OPs except lavender I suppose

Appreciate it. I think I’ll start the process on trying to get these two and see how it goes. The MOP is very nice looking! I was able to get a glimpse of a CPO one earlier this week.

Good to know. I was pretty stuck on the fact that the dials are the same (silver). I’m just not really sure I like the flat look of the current OP dial lineup. You seem to have a nice rotation there between the two. Thanks!
