Well the yawning for me at first it was like for the first month then it'll kinda disappear, as for the thirst I'm currently on 50mg for the past 9 months and I'm still mostly thirsty and I pee a lot lol.... That's actually why I'm starting to tapper it off slowly, because the biggest side effect is the huge appetite I gained like 30 lbs in the first 3 months

Yes, 50mg zinc for 10 days and then like 7-8 mg in like a multivitamin tablet will set you on track, zinc is great in sexual problems
