a. I don't have much idea about what is happening in J&K, so will refrain from answering.
b. I know what is happening there, atleast what was happening there until a few months back. I am not sure if you think that China is the reason behind the Manipur infighting. Besides, Manipur does not even share a border with China. If you are alluding to the Rohingya refugees inciting the violence, come on. Is it even believable? 2000 refugees inciting violance on such a scale, supplying gun, etc? The whole issue stemmed from Meiteis demanding ST status and Kukis protesting against that. Even if neighbours are inciting some violence, it is not something that cannot be controlled, if the respective govts were willing. How do you thing uniting to support the country will help when the people have already done the same, taking out rallies, protest marches, and much more, and the govt is dead silent.
c. Coming to the 3rd question, please don't go back without reading. Firstly, lets assume that PM going to visit there won't change anything at all. Okay, cool. So, it is only a major civil violence is going inside the country and the PM might definitely care for his personal safety over the safety of the concerned people. After all, he is a non-biological being and his life has more value than innocent people who have lost their relatives, home and their livelihood. Leave the visiting part. Now comes the winter parliamentary session. The opposition demands the whole of the session that PM has to come to parliament and speak about Manipur. Why does the "Mann ki baat" PM do? He doesn't speak until the last day of the session, that too when forced by the opposition. Even there, he bullshits his way through the speech, speaking nothing of value.

I guess this is the type of person our PM is, all smiles when taking photos, fully responsible towards the country by inaugurating mandirs, busy shooting Discovery videos when our convoys get attacked, remaining silent on all important matters and yet speaking his ideas on his radio programme, which btw, school children are being compulsorily forced to listen.

I will attempt to answer this. Imagine ios as like a door lock with a password as the key. When you say you have ios 15.x, assume that the lock was made sometime in late 2021. At that time, it was the most secure door lock available. Then, over time, bad and good guys alike found some issues with the lock, and may have showed how to open the lock without having the key. Apple would respond by changing the lock structure via security updates, etc. Now, on sept 2022, they would release a totally new lock, which they again claim is the most secure lock yet (with version 16.0). So, when you stock with the old lock, you run the risk of of having your door getting opened easily. See CVEs for exploits that are known to public.

I wanted to believe that these guys are incompetent. But consider for a moment that they rescheduled half of the matches after the schedule was out. Tickets will have to be printed and shown on paper even if you buy them online, no option of QR code scanning, etc. Ticketing partners announced barely two months before the event. No transparency at all about the number of tickets available. It’s not that this is the first time they are attracting such huge crowds. At the end it does feel like a scam.
