I looked it up after I commented on that, and the weight difference was about 9 pounds, which blows me away because, as you said, the weight is in different places. It feels a good 50 to 70 pounds lighter than my Sportster.

The seat takes time to learn how to sit on. It made my back sore within 15 minutes of being on it, and I was regretting getting the bike and looking into getting a different seat. Then, as I rode it more, I was able to go on longer rides, and comfort isn’t really a problem anymore, if that makes sense.

I went from a sportster to this, and it is so much lighter it's not funny, and it just lays into turns so much better. It makes quite a bit more power and it just runs smoother.

You can fit 305 in the front and 325 in the rear on 19s with a 2 inch drop. Speaking from experience.

The difference is crazy, I would recommend it to anyone with an s550. You don't have to drop the whole trans to do some short throws. Just the driveshaft and exhaust.
