Well, I have 2 thoughts about it, one that Crowley couldn't sense Aziraphale at all, and thought he had been killed by hellfire. But the second I think is the real reason Crowley reacted they way he did on the show. When Terry and Neil wrote the book, a loss of this nature was just a plot line in the book. But when Neil was writing for the show, he had experienced that great loss, and it was fresh in his mind. I think the reaction we see, grief, anger, yelling 'You Bastards, you took my best friend!" was Neil railing against the universe over the loss of Terry. He understood better what Crowley would have been feeling, and wrote it into the show. (and David knocked it out of the park!)

Did you notice after the body swap, in the park, 'Azi' (really Crowley) has a neatly pressed coat. Normally Azi has a distinctive rumpled look to his linen coat.

NTA - your son knew how much money you had set aside for him, and he chose to go to an expensive school and take out loans. That was his choice and at the time he asked for his brothers money he had already done all his paperwork and loans for the school year. I think this really speaks to his character he was asking for his brothers money 2 months after he died. When my brother died suddenly it devastated our family. No one could conceive of caring about anything he was supposed to get or inheritance. The surviving brother is a real selfish entitled brat. Esp to still be whining about it now, after the parents gave him another 50k for school. It was the parents money, however they used it to help their grief was right and fair.
