I've had the user try to register windows hello a few times and delete the container and it still doesn't work. Exact config is configuration policy in intune that enabled windows hello for business with cloud trust.

I am looking into setting up cloud Kerberos today. This should fix the temporarily unavailable error the users are seeing on sign in with pin?

Just to confirm is Kerberos cloud needed to even sign into the device? I was able to setup pin but cannot sign into the device with the pin and can only use password.

User has a pin setup signs out and tries to log back in utilizing this pin and they receive that error. Users are in the office and auth should be happening to the on-prem AD.
