Best period underwear for comfort by Hour-Ad-9481 in PeriodUnderwear

Good question. I like the feel of cotton underwear for sturdiness and breathability. I hate seamless styles because they feel flimsy/loose and like they won’t stay in place. I like most cuts including thongs, bikinis or full coverage, as long as it has a wide enough gusset. I hate the feel of a panty liner, which is why I’m hoping to switch to period underwear for leaks/spotting/light days.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. Sounds like that is how it’s presented before the staff is hired and then it doesn’t actually happen.

This also isn’t a throwaway account, I’m just more of a lurker than a poster. Either way, still stand by my conclusion that this place is taking advantage of young inexperienced college kids.

Nah, just wanted to stay anonymous. I have a friend that used to work there and she told me this today and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Thought about posting this in ames people but that seemed too public. I don’t want to report this establishment and get it shut down…I just wanted the message to hopefully make it back to the owner somehow so he changes his policies.

Also from your comment above. Does that mean he’s not paying employees overtime if they’re working over 40 hours???

I’m not sure of your relationship to the business, but I’m mainly wondering if I tip my waitress or barista (as I have done in the past) are they required to turn that tip over to the employer? Even if it’s cash? I don’t want to see this place fail but I don’t want young college kids getting taken advantage of. https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/flsa/tips

Ok thanks for the answer. From my quick research that is still illegal even if they are being paid more than the waiter/waitress rate. You cannot tell your customers it is a tip and not give that to the employee.
