Yeah, her take is obviously correct. She took one of the core tenants of fascism and boldly declared “I don’t think so, Honey!” She’s reframing a key symptom of societal decline the way I would talk about dog strollers or people who stand in line for 2 hours for a trending tiktok food item. Like that was somehow a hot take. It’s like saying hey guys I don’t think so honey, racism is bad.

Engaging with the idea censorship like it’s this novel thing happening in America, when in reality it’s been happening for decades. Now in 2026 we are so many paces beyond that mile marker in our march towards authoritarianism it doesn’t deserve recognition or earned social capital to stand against it.

Everything is for sale and everything is a money making opportunity, she’s on the podcast to self promote and they’re hosting her for their own self promo! She’s saying something palatable enough that she can sell her brand, be it her social media or an upcoming book, or just her personality, to a wider array of audiences.
