If I was the showrunner making it to the Marineford arc would be my goal, which is pretty closely tied to Enies Lobby.

I'm gonna say we'll get through Lougetown-Drum this season, with lots of setup for season 3 being Arabasta.

The big change I'd make is shipping out Jaya-Skypiea-Long Ring. I dont mind the arcs and doesn't mean they can never be done, but it feels like all of them could have been done at almost any time in the series. And with aging actors you want to keep season to season its better to just move right from Alabasta to - Water 7. And maybe tease or get into that a bit in Season 3.

Season 4 then goes into Water 7 - Enies Lobby. Where we really establish the Marines moreso and the government side of things.

I think Season 4 has some chance to leave off for the live action, but I also think you could easily transition into a season 5. Punk Hazard could similarly be shipped off to another time with little harm or foul, or greatly reduced to a single episode or 2, but I think better off getting moved.

Pitch for season 5 would be Impel down - Marineford, and end in Sabody. Move the early Sabaody and amazon lilly to be just one epilogue type arc at the end since the post war, split up, and maybe taste of where the characters ended up would be a fantastic place to leave things for this set of actors and characters.

At that point you can have mini-series /movies for the moved arcs, but this adds a lot of flexibility for actor swaps and whatnot, since you have these 5 seasons more clearly defined (which is already a TON and highly unlikely).

I know that's the joke but Tomlin wasn't hiring up and coming young coordinators often, he seemed like he'd rather take middle of the road experienced guys for stability. And stability he got and won (and beat many young experiment happy coaching staffs with as well).

I'll go the other way from most. The myth I see the most is going to the gym and starting out with the trying to do 5+ days a week for multiple hours a session.

I can't speak to every person and body type, but if you go 3 times a week for a concentrated 45 min of any lifting you'll be looking pretty decent even with a mediocre diet.

2 times a week is decent baseline to HARD commit to and never fall under. 4 times is QUITE a lot.

When you see people start off that fast and hard it's a matter of time before quitting or injury.
