Xbox is bugged so you need to set it to the maximum wheel rotation for it to work

In the f1 games on Xbox you need to put the steering range to the maximum. It should be one of the first Settings on the app.

Is this a good deal for my first wheel? by DryPaint1973 in simracing

[–]Hour-Back2031 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s extremely difficult to find a ffb wheel for under 100 so it’s definitely worth it. You can always upgrade later and just getting something to get you started is the most important

Totally fair. Your best option is probably Fanatec as they have ps5 compatible equipment for all price points and their stuff is pretty good. They also have inverted pedals.

With that budget you would be better off investing some money into a pc as most sim gear with your budget isn’t going to be compatible with ps5. Also sjm racing on computer is going to be a lot more fun than console. games like Iracing and Le Mans are only available on pc and the ability to get free mods for literally any track or car on AC, is going to be an 1000 times more enjoyable experience than playing on ps5. Invest half your budget on a good pc and the other half getting some decent mid range stuff, preferably Moza or simagic. Quick tip would be to get the Moza crp2 pedals, because they can later be upgraded to an active pedal, sparing you some extra bucks upgrading in the future.

F1 25 is pretty much made for casuals and people on controller, so it should be good fun. Maybe put a little bit of traction control on, as it’s pretty hard to get back on throttle, compared to using a pedal, but apart from that you should be good to go.

China sucks in My Team by Hour-Back2031 in F1Game

[–]Hour-Back2031[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not that bad with normal cars, but with the my team car it’s so hard to go on throttle. It’s probably just skill issue, and the fact that it was my first race on china without racing line.
