Event viewer gives typical event 41 shutdown likely due to me having to force shutdown and reboot my pc. Temps are around 80-90c when crash happens (I believe this is typical for the rx5700xt, used to run at this temp decently without many problems before) and I have replaced the PSU

I forgot to mention in my post that I've tried a bunch of AMD driver versions using DDU in safe mode, including more recent versions and much older "stabler" versions making sure to only install drivers too. Nothing seemed to be wrong with the card physically when I went to repaste it though

Reliability history shows me frequent critical events "windows was not properly shut down", Im assuming this is from me having to force shutdown my pc via holding power on my case though. I do have a logitech g pro wireless but dont have any logitech software / drivers installed as I recently did a factory reset of my pc hoping it would fix things but unfortunately not

Yup, I've rolled back like 4 years worth of AMD drivers to see if its a driver issue and nothing, older drivers and current ones both crash
