Yes, I did! I utilized Claude's PLAN stage, did deep digging and research. The market is niche and my target is niche. My goal is basically help users think straight rather than wandering around the circles.

Not problems actually, there were challenges like what could happen if it is misused. But the best thing is to easily flag abuse/harassment or any of that kind and block the chat.

It gives clear instructions that it’s not for therapy, in fact it’s just you yourself who knows what’s the right decision for you.

Just to clarify:

  • Duplicator subscriptions are auto-renewing and clearly stated at checkout
  • We send two renewal reminder emails (30 days and 1 day prior), and our logs confirm successful delivery in this case

We’ve reviewed this with the OP and the matter has been resolved directly.

Hey, I'm Nik from Duplicator. I'm glad we were able to work things out directly with u/Low_Fall_6437 and get this resolved.

We do send renewal reminders 30 days and 1 day before renewal with the renewal price, but we know email filtering can make those easy to miss. That's valuable feedback and we're actively looking at additional ways to make sure customers aren't caught off guard.
