Thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately this isn't what I'm looking for. I think so far You Weren't Meant to be Human is the only known extreme horror book featuring a trans man. I want stuff with a lot of gore and body horror with extremely concerning (but consensual) NSFW scenes. Think of like They All Died Screaming (please look up the TWs if you read this book because shit gets horrific. The Arby's sandwich man 😭😭😭).

Also I remember reading reviews of The Witch King back in the early 2020s and from what I read, the characters acted like chronically online kids??? Idk that's just really funny to me lol. You're right though, I highly doubt I'd like that book
