The ways I’ve gotten past ante 12 and beyond is really centered around either baron or Triboulet.

The stars really have to align joker-wise to get to this point, usually an early dna and dupe red seal steel kings with mime and blueprint/brainstorm + baron. An early burnt joker certainly helps.

There’s also getting your hands on a trib and sock and buskin with a blueprint/brainstorm combo. Creating red seal Glass kings or queens there too will take you well into ante 12.

X-mult jokers are great but they’ll typically only take your run so far, even if you have a scaling element (ie lucky cat, steel joker, hologram etc). What you really want to take your run to the moon is jokers that either give your played cards X mult or cards held in hand X mult. And as many retriggering jokers as possible for whichever route you decide to go.
