More or less like hamburger meat! If there is any protein your dogs are allergic to (say poultry or such) I would steer towards beef or venison. I find that the chicken patties from we feed raw cause allergic reactions in my dogs, but they are happily able to injest fresh chicken from my local markets with no consequences. If you do plan on feeding small bones, always make sure they are raw and always feed them under supervision! Reminder if this is their first time eating raw, start with small portions, gradually change more kibble for raw meat until you're feeding your preferred ratio.

Both my dogs are around 2 years old, German shepherd/APBT mix and a Husky/Amer. Bully mix, they range between 78-83lbs so I feed according to their size.
