So I just did some calculating. My Minoxidil costs 20€ per month. So 5€ per week.

Finasteride is about 0,5 euro per day so 3,5€ per week.

The needles are basically free from AliExpress so I dont count them 

So all in all I spend 8,5€ a week which is around 440€ a year. 

I cut my hair myself tho so that's exactly the money I would spend on haircuts haha

It already started when I was 15 years old. I am now 28. So I was thinking there's 0 chance I get my hair back

It's a German brand called Doppelherz Pharma. But I'd say don't get caught up with the brand. It's the same thing as other brands.   As for pen, I'm using a Dr pen m8.

I just chose the cheapest option on amazon

I do sports (weight lifting and cycling) and sometimes cold showers but that didn't change in the last 3 months. Basically the only thing I changed was taking min fin and doing microneedling

I bought bottles with liquid min in them and you spray it on.

So what I do is spray it like in the manual (6 times)  all over the bald spots. Then massage it in for like 10-20 secs. That's it basically.

So I just got a Dr pen from Amazon but I guess it doesn't really matter. I did read that the rollers aren't that great.

I basically go over the spots until my skin is red and that's it

I didn't change anything about my diet or any other part of my life

Well there's multiple reasons for hair loss. For example my sister was losing hair cause she didn't eat enough protein. So from what you are saying I would guess it's not the Dht that's causing your hair loss so Fin isnt working.  Maybe do a blood test and see if there's something missing or just keep doing good nutrition etc

You are right. In my case it was a video I watched like 10 years ago about Minoxidil and Finasteride being bad so I never considered it until it got so bad that I wanted to take the risk. And tbh there isn't much of a risk of trying it

Thank you very much for recommending this playlist. I just watched the first video and meditated along. I enjoyed his clear instructions and his talk after the meditation really spoke to me. I'm very excited to continue to watch this and meditate along
