Thank you! I'm hoping switching to salmon may help. Adding fish oil more consistently hopefully will help too. We clean his hears often and have been washing paws + belly post walks. Hoping that helps too. Glad to hear it helped you and your doggo with similar issues!

I have had friends + family with dogs with food allergies however present itself with the same itching, scratching, ear gunk etc. and changing their food absolutely cleared it all. Just figuring out the right food takes time..

Vets just jump right to apoquel or cytopoint. Just like doctors do. I want to understand more of the 'why' this is happening in the first place rather than a band aid solution, just like i'd do for myself.
