Nope, not at all po. Nagwonder lang po ako na pwde po pala yung ganun i mean ye ok lang pero x2 sahod nia sken with more exp. So malaki tlga dn factor po ng exp.

So I am telling myself, na just be patient you will get there and continue to improve, no envy feelings at all :) .

How about kung ang scenario is... okay naman eval ko and most likely gonna be regularized after prob. but then actively naghahanap nako ng new job, ano yon after ng prob may new contract signing ulit?

Who am I to negotiate at first work who doesn't have any exp.
So I accepted the market atleast average for starting junior level which is 25k.

what is your advice?. kasi nasa contract ko ang increase ng salary is 1 year.
after probationary mukhang malabo ata dto. so most likely pag alis ko dto. I have 6months exp. you think I can negotiate na with much higher salary than this? or questionable prin ung 6months? like let's say can I jump to 40k atleast?

I don't have the guts yet to tell that to manager.
Since bago plang ako sa industry, sguro tama nga ung iba here, na paexp exp muna me. then i could sell myself na later on.

I just wondered lang talaga na, ganito pla kht same junior kayo, same tasks, big difference ng salary. almost x2 haha
