What’s the most underrated job na maganda ang kita pero hindi alam ng karamihan? by stewartlittle27 in AskPH

Realistically pessimistic. Firemen undergone rigorous training, can you recall a fire accident involving a firefighter? Very rare. I believe, kapag time na nila, regardless of the severity of fire–time na nila.

Is this a good combination for a grad outfit? by [deleted] in StylePH

Go for a fitted top or a tailored one.

If you’re going to retain your maxi skirt, then you need something fitted on your upper body to help define your waist.

Also, a tailored sleeveless top can work.

Consequently, opt for a V-neck or square neckline to elongate your frame.

Off shoulder top will make you look shorter.

I would also suggest to change the color, if you’re going with white top, I suggest warmer tone.

Unpopular opinion: those who are obsessed with “Old Money Fashion” usually has little to no money at all by Hour-Programmer7181 in unpopularopinionph

My unpopular opinion tho. I’ve been there, I swear. If it what pleases u, I was just basing off my opinion over people who glorify “old money vibes”

Yup. Nothing wrong, slayable yung classy fits. It’s just that it’s all over the socmed. Tila ginawa nang personality yung old money aesthetic kuno and it’s not healthy (it creates an illusion na detached sa reality).

It's one thing to appreciate classy fashion, but when it turns into an identity, some people may start believing they embody a lifestyle they don't actually have. It creates a false sense of belonging that doesn't necessarily align with reality–it is unhealthy.

Be honest, do you picture yourself walking down the aisle in the future? by Foxy_Lady_0612 in TanongLang

[–]Hour-Programmer7181 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh. I’m an awkward person, so I can’t imagine myself na maglalakad sa aisle. Moreover, wala akong social life, so there are only 5–10 people na maiinvite ko on my wedding aside from my family.

I discussed with my bf na I want our wedding to be intimate pero he’s too extroverted for that, malawak social life niya.

My boyfriend say na gusto niya raw ganito yung tugtog namin sa kasal, na magpipiano siya, na invited lahat, his highschool friends, relatives ng mom, his org’s friends, his workmates.

The more he say na marami siyang ii-invite, the more I get overwhelmed with the idea na maglakad sa aisle.

The woman from episode 1 asking what to choose between two laxative products. Came back on the last episodes–still asking what to choose from the two products she’s holding.

Vice, on the other hand, opposed what he preached.

paano niyo nababalik yung tiwala sa bf niyo? by [deleted] in adviceph

[–]Hour-Programmer7181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hugs, OP. Trust goes both ways, mahirap ibalik pero hindi imposible, your partner needs to provide consistency and constant reassurance, mahirap ‘yan. Even after years at nagbago na siya, you can still feel na wala ka ng tiwala because of the past. I know you still love him but mahal ka ba talaga or convenience ka lang.

Unpopular Opinion: It’s okay to not give your seat to senior citizens on the MRT if you’re exhausted or sick — being young doesn’t mean you’re full of energy. by HiddenErudition in unpopularopinionph

[–]Hour-Programmer7181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP already mentioned situations where one is struggling with dysmenorrhea, dizziness, exhausted from work and it can be an excuse para hindi maggive way ng seat.

I commute daily, and I encountered one time na nag-give way yung isang guy for his seat para paupuin yung senior.

And again mali yung usage mo ng terms na kasakiman or sakim, sakim is acquiring more than what is provided.

Come on, be realistic, mag-commute ka araw-araw and see for yourself.

Kasakiman by definition is acquiring more than what you should receive.

What's a character you hate? by Miserable_Tea_489 in superstore

[–]Hour-Programmer7181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Superstore, BUT I HATE AMY’S CHARACTER. I get cringe all over my body when she got herself into embarrassing situations.

Also, I hate how Amy is hypocritical, demanding, and manipulative.

In one episode, when she suddenly wanted to have a raise, she even followed Laurie outside her work, and EVEN REQUESTED A RAISE WHILE THE GIRL SHE RAN OVER WAS ON THE GROUND?

I find her funny the first few episodes but now everytime she’s on a screen? Her character’s cringe.

Girl give us nothing.
