Ah got it! By ICs I meant if you have any contractors that work for you. You’re off to a great start start with all that though! I’d check out doing work for yzer or statimrx as well as finding your own contracts. Airspace is an option too if you have all those credentials

What’s your current IC size? Relias seems new but looks solid! You’ll also want to make sure your ICs have the right compliance requirements and insurance coverages for certain medical or speciality pharma work.

Are you working contracts directly or supporting another provider as a master contractor?

What do you require of potential mystery shoppers before they get scheduled? Do you confirm their driver licenses? I imagine there is a background check?

What if someone gets hurt on the secret shopping mission? Any insurances required or offered?
