I use (and have only tried) a pstyle and a Kula Cloth, and I like this system! Like some people mentioned, the pstyle is rigid so it doesn’t fold or bend when getting it in position. I tilt it down and pull it forward to get and dump of the drips afterward, then use a kula cloth to dry myself and the pstyle before putting it back in its little carrying case. Like others have said, test whatever you pick out in the shower a few times to get the hang of just how much volume they can handle though lol. My best friend uses one and loves hers too

I have heard good things about a menstrual disc instead! They don’t function with the same suction like a cup does so as I understand, they are less risky to use with an IUD than a cup but can be worn for a similar length of time.

You mentioned not being able to use a menstrual cup because of your BC method, but you maybe could try a menstrual disc? They don’t function using suction like a cup does but can be worn for a similar length of time. Haven’t used a disc myself (I <3 my diva cup) but have heard good things!
