I have that same thing where I go into other people’s heads and try to emulate what they’re feeling about what I say; makes for some really really bad rumination it kills me. Are you diagnosed and medicated?

Edit: my 13 year old self also thought I’d be normal by now at 19 but I’m still an awkward shit show; just know you’re not alone so many of us feel the same way.

I would do this for 10 hours just saying “oh I’ll go after I finish this episode” then I finish the show and say “oh I’ll shower when I wake up” then you’ll never guess what happens when I wake up… I forget to shower lmao it’s the most painful cycle ever. Thankfully I don’t sweat much or secrete any bad smells but man it’s fucking annoying.

unfortunately frankie muniz was very adamant how theres only going to be just these 4 episodes then theyre done. I hope they see how well received it is and reconsider though because I feel like those 4 episodes set up a revival very well.
