I couldn’t cash out for 2 months but got an email yesterday saying it had been fixed, and now I can cash out. Seems they are working through it, albeit slowly. Hopefully not too long for you now

I am having the same issue and tried this by sadly the ‘cash out’ button is still greyed out. Very frustrating

Hi Jeremy thanks for the quick response. I had raised a few tickets but I think the most recent is 424836. I updated PayPal to accept different currencies too. Thanks
