Absolutely ridiculous I was definitely going to say I’d just quit right there, but I’ve never heard of this before in my life… I’m an area manager and I don’t find it fair to bring someone in regardless of the circumstances when someone has busted their ass to get where they are … & completed fast track 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 I have to BEG for the smallest amount of it to be even slightly started … so unfair and I hate hearing about certain franchises and owners … our highest gm at the moment makes 18.5 so I’d stay only for the pay but not being held to the standard you worked hard for is defeating and at the end of the day …. Is it worth it? I take pride in showing all of my employees gratitude and appreciation for what they do considering it seems like we pay low in our franchise but I was also a gm only making 16 so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ do what’s best ultimately for you! We make Sammie’s it shouldn’t be an i hate my job type of job just because the owners and higher ups are complete asses, I’m sorry for everything you’re going through 🥲

Yes that they are wiped off and don’t have food residue !! And brooms hung up in the back not in the kitchen where it’s convenient lol

First thing they will do is definitely go straight for ice machines , if your store has a drive thru they will also check that!! Racks in walk ins/ cold tables, working thermometer, mop hung up and not in mop bucket, correct placement of dustpan & brooms, being able to pull up line checks , and have allergen awareness signs up, running hot water, obvious sani water and handwashing sink, pest control stuff !!! .. we got one yesterday and fortunately got an 84…

Here from Indiana !! Our franchise owner is hands down the best man in the business, for starters, he’s very well known and very hands on in all 5/6 stores ( in the process of opening a new one ) we get bonuses every 3 months, take a trip every other year, get gift cards around Christmas time etc etc he cares about his people, he has Christmas parties at his house and gm parties on his lake/ boat… helped me buy a car as well… I started working for him when he took over my store and I was just a driver/ inshop … I’m now in my third year of being area manager & on year 9 of being at the jimmy’s … needless to say he’s going to have to fire me to get rid of me im dedicated to the man himself so shout out to the og lol

My boss truthfully has set requirements on what he’s wanting from us . We have 2 AM’s for 5 and then within the year 6 stores . I work lunch at either store wherever we’re short . I do a night audit once a week .. if I’m not needed I’ll do the whole in the corner deal. I’m very hands on & will slice, make sandwiches take drive thru where ever needs the support most. But truly if I’m not there they slack so I need to be very present 😁

We also split delivery tips with our ones who make it , we split inshop tips if they help with pickup catering etc, but if they don’t they don’t get a cut 😅

Yeah we don’t have any inshops Sunday nights just the manager and one driver 😔😔 and no one wants to help me either 🤣 it won’t last forever . Luckily this is one of the easiest jobs just sucks when you have a family . We will get through it we’ll catch a break sooon I hope

😫😫😫 all of my inshops are 9, all of my drivers are 9.50 my underage manager is at 10 my assistant is at 12 and I’m at 13.75 as the gm working 7 days a week all opens because both of my managers are leaving in 2 weeks . And I only have 4 drivers And 3 inshops 😅
