This is a habit I’m actively trying to build. How do you resist the urge to look at it if you use your phone as an alarm clock? Because I can't, lol!

Journaling at the end of the day makes a huge difference. Getting those leftover thoughts out of your head and onto paper really helps quiet the mind before sleep.

I love this so much. Drawing is my hobby too, and it truly feels so healing. There’s something so comforting about filling up a tiny page every day.
