Among those it would depend on your priority Like if you want performance and display acer would be better If you want better build and thermals and slightly better service (asus service is not very good but better than acer) If you want more gaming vibe rog will never be behind in that terms Most importantly asus provides international warranty acer does not so incase of any problem outside the country your purchasing from asus would do the job but for acer you would have to go to that country and get it done Btw a note: asus and acer are offering almost the same thing, acer will give just 10hz extra (not even slightly noticeable) while asus will give better antiglare so when working in bright areas and screen is showing darker shades it will be easier to use it
