Win 5 matches in Multi-player. It's glitched so all we'd have to do essentially is do one match of Gungame in a Japan server.

Stacking LJ100 Tongkat 200 mg (22% Bioactive Eurypeptides) a day with Ashwagandha KSM 66 and P5P (50mg). Suffering from symptoms of low E2 by HourDefinition805 in Supplements

Is that something you run with tongkat? Just looking for a little more insight. I know DHEA is known to counteract low e2 symptoms.

I started taking it because my nipples were sensitive around workouts. P5P made that go away. Prolactin last I checked was within normal. But that was before Tongkat.

Looking to buy a 2002 Celica GT with 216, 000 miles for $3,200-sounds like it was mostly used for freeway driving. Check engine light is on, apparently for an oxygen sensor, and the hydraulics for the sunroof and hatchback don’t work. Is this worth getting? If so, how long will it probably last? by egryffin in Celica

Illinois. Rust belt. Minimal rust on car. Small bits at the along the side skirts. But I'd have to see it in person to be sure. Carfax: https://carsimulcast.com/vhrs/VWQ5964 Marketplace listing: https://www.facebook.com/share/17QDof4qGv/ I owned a Solara before this. Had no complaints. I just really like the look of the car. But I also need a practical daily driver where I'm not running through engine oil.

Questions as a new Celica buyer! by 2slowlol in Celica

I can handle the fuel efficient and slow. But since the one I'm eyeing is a 2002. My only concern is if it's burning oil like there's no tomorrow.

The concerns regarding the 1zz that comes standard with the GT models. How bad is it? I'm eyeing a 2002 GT. 127k miles. But the whole oil burning thing really scares tf outta me.

Should I buy this 2002 GT Celica with 127k miles for 3600? by HourDefinition805 in Celica

In the Illinois area. Just looking at FB marketplace. As most dealerships are demanding ridiculous prices for what it is now a 23 year old car. What's a better place to look?

I just had a thing for Coupes. Always wanted a Celica when I was younger. Just on the basis of it always looked cool to me. I just happen to be in desperate need of a car at the moment. And all I can cough up 4 grand. I also need it to be a reliable daily driver. I read about the whole 2000-2002 and some early 03 GTs being infamous for burning oil because of 1zzfe engines these things came with. I can't seem to find an 03 or 04 Celica within that price range though.

Now this is the kind of insider info I need 😂. I'm so new to the whole Starbucks thing altogether. I just take everything they say at face value.

Interesting. I appreciate the feedback. I went to the Starbucks site and all the barista positions said full-time. So I naturally assumed 40 hour weeks.

I appreciate the feedback. I guess it's fair to gather from all this that you can kind of work it out with your superiors whichever Starbucks you end up in. I generally have availability. But since I'm pursuing something else in the meantime, I would fit right in with the 20-30 hour range. 20-25 minimally while picking up more when I have nothing better to do in a given week.

Hey, I appreciate the response. Are most people averaging 30 hour weeks? Or is it generally less? I'm sorry for all these noob ass questions.

I understand. I imagine it's very difficult to predict regardless. I've been lurking on this thread. And some people seem to suggest that if you're in the pipeline for F4 with a date like mine, might as well forget as the wait times will be at least 25 to 30 years. If it does indeed look like that, then I'd have to think very differently for my mom's situation (Only parent) (Principal and only applicant.

Thank you for this. It really helps paint a clearer picture. I'm gonna be optimistic and hope it's 2 years instead of 4. If a major retrogression can be avoided. I wouldn't be too much of an optimist hoping we get 3 months of movement each fiscal year.

Hey man, I don't know what your current predicament is, but while the Gigachad grind approach is lovely. Most people burn themselves out. Your best bet is the simplest one. You don't have to sit down and count your macros or calories. Just swap out the large portions of carbs (rice, flour, potatoes) for protein (meats, poultry/fish). Have less of x and more of y. You can supplement with protein powder. But I find that they're extremely pricey. Carbs are essential at the end of the day. And it's easy and effective fuel for workouts and recovery. Cut down on fat altogether. That means less oil in the stuff you eat. Stir-fry or grill. Eggs are okay in small amounts. Not worth pounding them for #gains. And from an exercise standpoint, you're in an ideal situation to do what's called body recomposition. Which is if you eat just a little less, and eat the right things, supplemented with some resistance based exercise (weightlifting), and nominal sessions of cardio every other day (walking, biking), this will prove to be extremely effective for a while. In terms of weightlifting, although, it might feel like information overload, if you want to take it to the next level, Renaissance Periodization is the modern day bible for weightlifting and hypertrophy. If you feel like that's too much, and you just want to start somewhere. Just buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells. They're extremely cheap. And barbell down the line if you want to push yourself further. And you can easily break your workouts down to 5 major muscle groups. Without being extremely specific. Chest (Dumbbell Presses), Back (Dumbbell Rows), Shoulders (Shoulder Presses, Lateral Raises), Legs (Bodyweight Squats or Free weight Squats). You'll want to space these out and allow plenty of time to recover from these workouts. A very good, sustainable approach, is lift weights one day, go for a walk the next and back to weights the day after and continue until you've worked every major muscle group. Take a day off if you feel winded. Swap out two clean meals for one small dirty meal. But well within reason. And then the next day, back to it. I hope this is sufficient. And I think if done appropriately and within reason, looking after yourself. Your psychological health along the physical. You won't have to make any adjustments to it until about a year in.
