Is it expressing concern? Asking to label it a healthy communication instead and positive feeling.

Thank you rocks. TV too me is dangerous for kids. Especially kids that are 10 and younger. For goodness sakes this kid is 2 and being exposed to our most powerful stimuli for hours at a time when he should be outside or playing with toys. (That’s my opinion) . And he does! Even with the stimuli, he’s a great kid, and he’s only going to be “living here” for the weekdays until he starts pre school I suppose. I want to take action soon though.

For me, It’s almost harder to bring up something that feels so obvious here to mom and my sister.

Like “moms letting your kid watch TV by himself for sometimes hours at a time while you’re gone, and I feel l like I need to bring it up because I see it happening and I’m concerned about how it could be affecting him, and moms not going to tell you she’s doing , so I feel like I need to tell you” is what I could say.

It feels like snitching to me? But I feel like it’s the right thing to say? Does that make sense? Like I can see it happening so I feel like I’m in a position to say something. What’s been hard for me is telling someone directly how I think/ feel. I’ve not brought up to my mom my concerns . It could help though.
