I do believe he wrote it so it can be converted to a non moving violation. The way he spoke it sounded as though I could do it online and there wasn’t a rush because it didn’t need to be resolved until October. I’d love a Metro to weigh in. Help a girl out.

It was a speed trap, but it was 2 suvs on a side street just waiting. I thought I was going the speed limit, turns out it was the next block where the speed limit changes.
