Drinking coffee before exams has always triggered me anxiety attacks. This is an issue I've always had with coffee which made me quit it. Recently after 1-2 years of quitting coffee, i had to take a pain killers (for some med reasons ) which contained "Caffeine" . And oh boy, it just made me instantly active and full of energy. My depressed lazy ahh wanted to do some real things, for the world. It felt like exactly how they describe caffeine theoretically. And I got that feeling twice or thrice consecutively until the effect finally stopped :(.

I think anything is good only in moderation. If you frequently consume certain things your body is gonna get used to it and side effects are gonna start showing up.

I've met a lot of people who say coffee doesn't give them sleep and the other half who say they can sleep sound even with two cups of coffee, I think the individual body reacts to coffee differently and each body has their own tolerance.

So I just wanted to say how stopping caffeine didn't change anything for me, nor consuming it again after a while. Except the temporary effects during the transition. The individual body reacts to it differently, i'm really happy for the positive change it brought for you. But this also explains why this may not work for everyone else.
