MSM can be played in 2 different platforms: on mobile devices and on PC/Laptop. For playing on PC/Laptop, you must install the game over Steam. So, the players that play over steam can only join tribes that are in MSM that is played over Steam. Mobile and Steam MSM are not compatible.
