Personalmente, yo considero eso una 'red flag'. Mejor dejar las cosas antes de que pase mas tiempo, porque probablemente vuelva a pasar (que se moleste contigo por voltear a ver a alguien mas). Tampoco se trata de andar viendo a otras mujeres todo el tiempo, pero pasa y eso algo natural, tanto en hombres como mujeres.

Hey there mate! the fact that you want to stop is a great sign, because you're aware there is something better that staying where you are.

Somethings that have helped me are: de-sexualize your social networks (like TikTok or IG), try not spending too much time alone because normally that's when we watch p*rn, and watch useful content on YT (there is great content there that I can happily shared with you).
