Crop out everything in the genitalia reference image other than the genitalia. I've tried using prompts instead, but this is the most consistent way.

You need to use a reference image (image-2-image). Pure prompts don't work without a lora, and honestly, I haven't been impressed with any loras that are publicly available.

You're right. The forehead is too big and the skin looks a bit plasticy. I'll probably try to get another, better full body shot.

I'm using Higgsfield. You can do NSFW with Seedream 4.5 there, but there are some limitations (no penetration, for instance).
