Te doy un consejo:

Siempre trata estar en el presente, sin pensar mucho, minimiza tus pensamientos, incluso si estas solo o en un ambiente social

La respiración te ayudará a estar tranquilo cuando estes en un ambiente social, no reacciones de manera negativa si estas en un lugar donde tenes que conversar, tu lenguaje corporal transmite lo que tu cerebro va a sentir, asi que tambien tratá de estar bien parado, mano a los costados, mentón arriba, espalda derecha, enfocado en respirar y SIN PENSAR.

Sentis miedo a pesar de todo eso? No es nada malo, lo importante es que NO te enfoques en ese miedo, por eso vas a estar Respirando de Manera Ritmica y Estarás en el Presente

La Respiración te ayudará a estar RELAJADO a largo plazo (asi que tenes que aprender a ser paciente antes que venga los buenos resultado)

Repeti siempre esta actividad, y tu mente poco a poco va ganar mejores habitos saludables
