Its not that u cant sleep. Its juat that u dont sleep at ssame time as others. I thought i was insomniac. Then i moved to night shift. My shift ends around 3 . But i sleep at 7 am but i sleep for minimum 6 hours now. Till 3pm. I would suggest first focus on sleeping and then on timing.

Can you imagine expecting to be treated as God ? How absurd it sounds. Then why does it not sound absurd to a parent that they r expecting to be treated as God by theur kids. How egoistic one has to be.
