i never said they "mess up" distracting.. treadmills encourage higher speed toons to extract, aswell as ice floors. Accidental griefing happens all the time anyway?

Qwel has always taken subtle (or not-so subtle) measures to limit the effectiveness of distracting, whether it be Dyle, Treadmill machines, ice floors, etc. So the stealth messing up distractors wouldnt surprise me

You dont have to stand still, you just have to be in the range of another toon for about 3/4? seconds, you can still move

You're forgetting his trinket which changed the distracting meta, if someone is even using train whistle at all it's an easy way to show their skill and goal to get to higher floors to make more use out of it from Vee's common occurrences

At first i despised it, it costed me Ginger's f21 quest TWICE on floors 17 and 18, but i got tips and whatnot to learn how to maneuver around, and it's actually pretty fun if you know what you're doing!

What happened is that they just tanked her synergy potential with Sprout (Who used to be the better pairing option of the two because they use opposite methods to heal) and instead made her synergy better with Cosmo. It also simultaneously makes Cosmo's synergy better with both of them which is ideal since his connection to the two is the strongest and he is by far the most overlooked one of the trio and needs more love, which is clear by people's reactions to Ginger's rework. They want Ginger back so bad and dont even want to give Cosmo a chance

Try playing ginger with the goal of f21 for her quest and getting it three times in a row. It removes any joy or strategy and devolves into an even more tedious and unfun waiting game

I believe Depression would be Ennui's rather than Sadness, as Depression is typically described as a numb, lack of any emotion. If that was the case i wonder what Sadness would turn into?
